    1. How do I begin? To receive more information on our price packages, fill out the Contact Form on the Contact Us page. If you're ready to place your order, fill out the registration form on the home page. You can then login to your 'Photographer Panel' & access the Album Design Form. You can read more about the design workflow here.
    2. How do I inform Eye Candy Collages of my specific layout preferences? You can send us more information under the comments section of the Album Design Form. We can also replicate any design that you refer us to. You can also view our sample designs & chose a style (contemporary, ambiance & romance). You can even mix two design styles. Most of our photographers chose to mix contemporary & ambiance design styles. This can be mentioned in the comments section.
    3. How many images should I send? The less you pick, the bigger the images are in the layouts. The ideal number of images for a 30-side album is 60-70 images. You are allowed a maximum of three images per side.
    4. What format images should I send? We accept both JPEGs and RAW images.
    5. How much do you charge? Please fill out the contact form for pricing particulars.
    6. Is color correction included in your price? Free Color correction and image enhancements are included in all our design layouts. If you do your own color correction/enhancements & want us to design only, please put this in the comments section of the Album Design Form.
    7. Instead of uploading, can I mail you a disc of my images? Yes, you can. Our address is available on the Contact Us page.
    8. What other design services do you offer? We can handle any custom design services, such as thank-you cards and collage portraits. Please fill out the 'Custom Projects' form under 'My Account'.
    9. Will my clients know someone else designed their album? You can go for the optional masking at no charge. Once masked, the design preview link will have your logo, and the URL address used will not allow your clients to trace it to us. We never contact your clients directly. Please contact admin for masking information.
    10. Can I tell you what images go on which layout? You can create subfolders within your main folder. If you were to order a 30 side (15 spread) book design, you would make 15 subfolders & number them 1-15. You can even make a folder for your cover images & label it 'cover'. Then drag & drop the images in to each folder based on your artistic vision. We will design accordingly. You can even go as far as sending us a text document with each subfolder, mentioning what size or color (b&w etc.) you want each image to be.
